A 16 year marketing executive with experience in the retail and restaurant industries, Amy has worked for both small/growth and large companies, including Sfuzzi, a concept of 22 restaurants located in 18 markets to T.G.I. Friday’s USA with nearly 600 units nationwide. In her six-year tenure with T.G.I. Friday’s, Amy held both national brand marketing and beverage marketing positions, providing invaluable experience in both food and beverage aspects of the $2 billion+ business. In addition, her experience spans both client and agency sides of the business, with agency experience for Mozzarella’s American Café and Belo Corporation, and client side marketing for T.G.I. Friday’s, National Cheerleaders Association and Sfuzzi restaurants. She has been recognized for her achievements in many aspects of consumer marketing, including strategic planning, menu management, beverage marketing, broadcast production, collateral design and agency management.
